The Real Estate Rental Center has taken a valiant stride toward breaking the industry norms of property management. Our new path will change the way property management has traditionally been done. This new approach to our business been very effective thus far, and it is just the beginning. We constantly monitor our results, consider suggestions from clients and tenants alike, and are always looking for innovative methods of doing things better.

Full Service Management includes:

  • We collect your rent and deposit it into our trust account.
  • We send you a monthly check from your investment property.
  • We answer the late night phone calls.
  • We find quality tenants.
  • We perform all necessary background checks.
  • We coordinate all of your properties maintenance.
  • We perform semi-annual property inspections.
  • We advise owner about preventive maintenance to maximize investment.
  • We maintain tenant and owner relations.
  • We maintain and send monthly and yearly computerized reports.
  • We handle all property advertising free of charge, our website, newspaper, etc.
  • We drive by leased property at least three times a month.
  • We take collection action in the rare occasion of a default payment.
  • We hold security deposit until tenant leaves and deduct any damages.
  • We take care of any monthly bills associated with property.
  • We are flexible in the services that we provide; we can arrange a customized agreement just for you.

Optional Services for Non-Managed Properties (Finders Fee Service)
Leasing.  If you need help finding quality tenants, we will
   aggressively market your property, thoroughly screen each
   applicant, prepare all documents, and coordinate the move-in.
